    SOFTNLABS SAS, a simplified joint stock company, whose SIREN registration number is 818145302, has been operating since February 1st 2016. Based in GAN (64290), the company specialises in IT systems and software consulting.

    SOFTNLABS has created this Confidentiality Policy in order to communicate its policy and practices in terms of the collection, use and disclosure of information concerning users of the Website, the Products or the Services.

    This document sets out in detail the way in which SOFTNLABS collects and uses your personal data and informs you of the measures taken to ensure that said data are protected in the framework of the use of the Website in accordance with the provisions of French law n°78-17 of January 6, 1978 relating to the protection of civil liberties in connection with the processing of personal data (hereafter “the French Data Protection Act”).

    The personal data are collected by SOFTNLABS for itself and on behalf of its subsidiaries.

    We may collect data such as surname, first name, postcode, e-mail address, telephone number, IP address, login details and navigation data. If you apply for a job position online, we will ask for information on your qualifications and your experience.

    In accordance with the French Data Protection Act, you have the permanent right to access and rectify your data, which you can exercise by contacting the Data Controller, Estelle Gelet, at estelle.gelet@softnlabs.com.

    You may also, for legitimate reasons, object to the processing of your personal data.
    To enable us to process your request, please send us by letter the elements necessary to identify you: surname, first name, e-mail, a copy of a valid ID card or passport as well as your address.

    The information collected allows us to:

    Your information and data are necessary for the management and monitoring of customer services and relations. This information and data are also kept for security purposes, to comply with legal and regulatory obligations.

    The information and data allow us to improve and personalise the Products and Services that we offer you and the information that we send to you.


    The information and data allow us to answer Website users, to analyse data, plan improvements to the Services, conduct analyses on trends in terms of the behaviour of the users of the Services and on the pertinence of the information.


    Thanks to the data collected, we will be able to send you, if you have consented on the collection form, commercial or promotional material that is likely to be of interest to you.


    The information and data allow us to answer applications for job offers, internships and spontaneous applications.

    Generally speaking, we have taken all the appropriate measures to protect personal data against unauthorised access, unlawful processing, loss or accidental damage and any unauthorised destruction, in particular to avoid the data being distorted, damaged or accessed by unauthorised third parties.

    We have implemented protection measures to ensure the confidentiality, security and integrity of your personal data. Access to the personal data is limited to certain members of our staff and our service company’s staff on a need to access basis and to staff who have been trained to comply with confidentiality rules.

    The data hosted in the framework of the Products and Services proposed by SOFTNLABS and its subsidiaries are hosted exclusively within the territory of the European Union….

    Certain forms proposed on the Website are not obligatory. You can therefore choose whether or not to fill them out. Other forms must be filled in to enable us to answer your request or manage your contracts. By ticking the box provided for this reason in each of the forms, you agree to our use of your personal data for commercial prospection purposes.

    10. Storage period

    We do not store the personal data and/or information relating to user navigation on the Website beyond the period necessary for the purpose of the processing concerned.

    The navigation data will be stored for a maximum period of 6 months in application of French Data Protection authority (CNIL) recommendations.

    For recruitment data, the period is five years after the last contact with the applicant.
