SOFTNLABS SAS, a simplified joint stock company, whose SIREN registration number is 818145302, has been operating since February 1st 2016. Based in GAN (64290), the company specialises in IT systems and software consulting.
SOFTNLABS has created this Confidentiality Policy in order to communicate its policy and practices in terms of the collection, use and disclosure of information concerning users of the Website, the Products or the Services.

To enable us to process your request, please send us by letter the elements necessary to identify you: surname, first name, e-mail, a copy of a valid ID card or passport as well as your address.

Access to the personal data is limited to certain members of our staff and our service company’s staff on a need to access basis and to staff who have been trained to comply with confidentiality rules.

Certain forms proposed on the Website are not obligatory. You can therefore choose whether or not to fill them out. By ticking the box provided for this reason in each of the forms, you agree to our use of your personal data for commercial prospection purposes.

We do not store the personal data and/or information relating to user navigation on the Website beyond the period necessary for the purpose of the processing concerned.
The navigation data will be stored for a maximum period of 6 months in application of French Data Protection authority (CNIL) recommendations.
For recruitment data, the period is five years after the last contact with the applicant.
